ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
The Danube’s right bank east of Belgrade is the city ride most people never take: flat riverside roads and dyke-top trails threading the Borča wetlands, past fishing sticks and heron colonies, with the Banat plain opening across the water. The route strings the villages of Ovča and Glogonjski rit before climbing slightly onto the Vinča terrace — where the Neolithic mound and its museum make the perfect lunch stop. Return the same way, or take bus 202 back with the bike for tired legs.
