Belgrade rewards the walker: everything essential sits within a 3 km arc between the fortress and Saint Sava, with the Danube bank and Zemun as the counterweight. Two days let you do the fortress properly, eat in Skadarlija, climb Gardoš at sunset and still keep an afternoon for the Tesla Museum and Ada.
