ABOUT THIS ATTRACTION
At the island’s northwest tip, millennia of wind and wave have carved the soft sandstone of Sidari into a miniature fjordland — channels, arches and scooped coves. The most famous cut is the Canal d’Amour, a narrow swim-through whose legend promises true love to whoever crosses it. The swimming is easy and shallow, the sunsets are soft, and the resort around it is built up — but the formations are genuinely strange and beautiful, especially early and late in the day.
