ABOUT THIS ATTRACTION
Bermet is Karlovci’s signature: a fortified herbal dessert wine of 15–20 aromatic plants, made here since at least the 15th century and famously listed on the Titanic. The cellars along and above the main square pour it by the small glass; the vineyards climb toward Stražilovo (248 m), the Fruška Gora’s classic viewpoint over the Danube bend, marked by the monument to the poet Branko Radičević — a pilgrimage of Serbian Romanticism.
