ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
What you’ll experience
The full lap of Lake Wörthersee is 42–48 km of nearly flat cycling past lidos, villas and two peninsulas — the classic is the 48.3 km variant through the Keutschach lake valley that avoids the sections without a dedicated path. You swim off the bike at least once, stop for coffee in Pörtschach or Maria Wörth, and the Wörthersee ships take bikes if you want to cut a leg short.
