Rafting the Cetina is the classic Omiš activity — a half-day trip down the rapids of the Cetina through the gorge above the town, with the limestone walls rising on either side and the clear, chilly river running between them. The trip is suitable for beginners and families, with guides and all equipment provided, and it is the most popular river adventure in Central Dalmatia.

What you’ll experience

You meet your operator in Omiš, are driven to the start point upstream, and raft down the Cetina through the gorge with a guide. The rapids are gentle to moderate, with calm stretches for swimming in the warmer months, and the trip ends back at Omiš where the river meets the sea. The whole outing is a half-day including transport.
