ABOUT THIS ATTRACTION
The park is the spa: lawns, bandstands and the fountains of the seven springs — each with its own mineral character (Topla voda at 36°C is the famous one; Snežnik the cold iron water). The interwar villas and the promenade keep the belle-époque style; the drinkers with their cups walk the circuit as they have for a century.
HISTORY & BACKGROUND
The story behind it
The springs were formalized in 1833–34 under prince Miloš; the park was laid out in the royal summers of 1880s–1930s — the villas, bandstand and promenade are that era’s legacy. The bottled waters (Vrnjci) are Serbia’s best-known mineral waters.
WHAT TO SEE
What to see here

GOOD TO KNOW
Facts & Curiosities
Seven springs, four bottled — the Vrnjci waters are Serbia’s most-sold mineral water.
Topla voda runs at 36°C — the warm spring that made the spa, drunk in the morning cure.
The park’s bandstand and villas are the royal summer era (1880s–1930s) — the “queen” style.
Roman coins found at the springs prove the waters’ fame to the 3rd century.
