ROUTE
Corfu’s long-distance walking route — roughly 150 km from the south Cape Asprokavos to Agios Spiridon in the north, through olive groves, dunes, lagoons and villages.
ABOUT THIS ROUTE
The Corfu Trail runs the island end to end — about 150 km in 10 marked day stages (11–22.5 km each), from the dunes and the Lake Korission lagoon in the south through the olive heartland, the Ropa valley and the old villages of the interior to Mount Pantokrator and the north-coast coves. The waymarking is partial and the route passes farm gates and stream crossings, so the guidebook or a GPS trace matters; the stages split naturally with overnight villages and the campsites at Paleokastritsa and Dassia.
