ROUTE
The classic Serbian rafting run: the Ibar’s gorge rapids between Ušće and Maglić in the Kraljevo hinterland — the one-day season run April–October.
ABOUT THIS ROUTE
The Ibar is Serbia’s rafting river: the one-day commercial run drops the gorge between Ušće and Maglić (about 9 km of whitewater), with the operators’ rafts launching below Kraljevo and the season running April to October on the spring–autumn water levels. The gorge walls carry the medieval Maglić fortress above the take-out; no prior experience is needed — the guides do the work, the swimmers’ rapid in the middle is the river’s signature.
